Garlenda lies in the Lerrone valley, a few kilometres from Albenga and Alassio, and is known for two things: its golf course, one of the best known in Liguria, and the Fiat 500. The Fiat 500 Club Italia has its headquarters and museum here, and every summer the village fills with little 500s from all over Europe for the international meeting.
To stay there are a couple of hotels, a campsite and several rooms; to eat, a few trattorias and pizzerias.
