A white village climbing around the baroque church of the coral fishermen.
Cervo is a white village climbing a hill above the sea, between San Bartolomeo al Mare and Andora. At the top, the Baroque church of San Giovanni Battista is known as the church «of the Corallini», as it was built with money from the village’s coral fishermen; in summer its square hosts an international chamber music festival.
Higher up, the Clavesana castle houses the ethnographic museum of the western Riviera. Below the village are the beaches and the seafront promenade.
