Rezzo stands at 560 metres in the valley that bears its name, a side branch of the Arroscia valley, below the castle of the Marquises of Clavesana. Above the village spreads the Bosco di Rezzo, a large beech forest crossed by trails and forest roads.

Two small museums in the village are devoted to the master stonemasons and to the forest. For food there is a trattoria with local cooking, and for the night an agriturismo. The patron saint is Saint Martin, celebrated on 11 November.
